We ask: "What's your favorite thing to order here?"
Deep Fried Gulf Shrimp, $12.95
"It's thin breading, so you actually taste the shrimp. We butterfly it here. It's just so fresh."
— Melissa Mitchell, assistant manager
"The breading is very well spiced, so it gives it a lot of extra flavor. The shrimp are really big, too, so you know it's very filling, whereas a lot of places, you'll get shrimp that are really small and you never get full."
— Mike Cobb, waiter-bartender
"I've never been a big seafood person, but they talked me into trying it after a year. And I absolutely fell in love with it. It's not very fishy tasting."
— Tracie Winegar, waitress
Ribeye, $16.95
"The way we make it, we keep it juicy."
— Jeremiah Sears, kitchen manager
Grilled salmon fillet, $11.95
"It is delicious. It always comes up very tender. When you eat it, you have just a little bit of crunch on top of a really tender salmon. They make a salmon sauce that has lemon juice and horseradish, it's really good to dip it in."
— Paula Breig, waitress
Pork Chop, $13.95
"They almost taste just as good as steak. There's no bone in there. They're nice and tender and juicy. I always like to make a creamy horseradish (sour cream and horseradish mixed) and dip it in it.
"The juice runs off the pork chops and runs into my potatoes. It's really good."
— April Simons, waitress
