Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Utica Square is staging a "European Grand Tour" wine dinner Oct. 23, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Dishes will include herb-roasted scallop risotto cake with gazpacho salsa, panzanella salad on arugula, bistro steak with cabernet butter sauce, truffle pommes frites and raspberry Linzer torte. Wine will include Segura-Viudas Brut Cava, Maso Canali pinot grigio and Chateau Senejac Haut-Medoc (Bordeaux red).

Cost is $55 per person. Reservations: 712-7500.
