Actually Rio was better....

Michael Phillips, Tulsa (10/3/2009 10:35:25 PM)
Democrat, you are being ridiculous again. Of course anyone who arrives at the emergency room with a life threatening complaint is going to be made stable before being released, but if you want my opinion a ride back to their country of origin should be the next guarantee offered them. Of course Royce was right when calling Joe Wilson right.

Michael Phillips, Tulsa (10/4/2009 1:11:07 PM)
Democrat, speaking of shame where is yours? I only want to leave one message on my profile page in order to show everyone that you have no shame. You are a school teacher who use ad hominems to describe another poster who knows you better than you know yourself. I accurately describe your behavior, I don't know how you can deny it. With each post you write you prove me correct again. I continue to try to explain to you that a guarantee from an anonymous poster is worthless. Please stop offering these worthless guarantees. Even if you had the mettle to put your name on your posts and even if you had the strength of conviction to leave your posts available to anyone who wanted to read them, your guarantees would still be worthless. You ask "Tell me where I can find the language in Obama's plan that says that illegal aliens get free health care". That is the wrong question. You should instead show me where I can find the amendments offered by the right that requires proof of citizenship before illegals get "free health care". While on that subject, there is no such thing as "Free health care". Someone has to pay for it. Finally, on the subject of running away from a story. I said all that I had to say on the subject of the Supreme Court giving the Second Amendment more value that it had, had previously by making it an individual right. Perhaps I should have protested that it was not an absolute right, even though such freedoms as freedom of speech or freedom of assembly also are not absolute. The people who want more freedom were winners that day and I was only too pleased to have won a small victory to pay much notice to the fact that the Supreme Court didn't go as far as I might have liked. What else could I have done? When I have more to say I stay with a story for a month or more and you know it. Sometimes I might want to bring you back to a story, but you have denied me the ability to leave you a message by restricting your profile page. Note, I am not suggesting that you should open your profile page for everyone's inspection, if I were writing the posts you write I would want to keep them hidden too.

Michael Phillips, Tulsa (10/4/2009 6:41:45 PM)
Democrat, what? No more guarantees? I never claimed "Obama's health care plan" contained anything. It isn't what is in it, that has never been the problem. The problem is what is not in it. I think I made that clear.

Few Clothes, America (10/2/2009 1:17:17 PM)
You still aren't funny, Plante.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/3/2009 5:50:52 AM)
GOPer and Royce: We don't acknowledge Joe Wilson being right because Joe Wilson has been proven to be the liar. You right-wingers have had several weeks to produce the language in President Obama's proposal that calls for providing free health care to illegal aliens. None of you have been able to do so because (as you should know by now) no such language exists. Any human being who goes to a hospital E.R. already receives emergency health care under the current law. President Obama has invited Republicans to participate in creating the reform package for health care. Since providing free health care at E.R.s for illegal aliens is a huge issue for Republicans, this is their perfect opportunity to write the legislation to end the practice. I am curious as to how the bill will look. Will you include a requirement that all persons obtain a national identification card to prove that they are entitled to receive treatment? What will you do if someone is brought unconscious to the hospital E.R. and their wallet has been stolen. Will they have to regain consciouness (assuming they don't die) so that they can identify themselves and a hospital admission clerk checks the government's computer file to verify their identification? How will you phrase the portion of the bill that will tell a parent, who came here for a better life, that he/she must leave the E.R. with a critically ill or injured child because that child is not entitled to receive treatment? It is your rare opportunity to prove how a political party of "pro-life, compassionate conservatives" can make sure that illegal aliens are not given medical treatment.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/3/2009 2:52:53 PM)
As usual, Royce changes the subject when he is caught in another idiotic position.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/3/2009 10:43:01 PM)
You'd like for someone besides Cory to believe that I am being ridiculous. The record of our "debates" over the past two years is quite clear. It is rare that anyone other than Cory supports you. I don't seem to have that problem. You have no argument with me on treating those who need to be treated and deporting those who need to be deported. You might tell your Republican friends that they need to draft that portion of the bill to reform health insurance. They appear to be calling for the denial of health care to those either too poor to pay for it or to deny health care to those who are here illegally.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/3/2009 11:00:33 PM)
MP: Joe Wilson is right-wing, and he shares another character defect with you. HE LIES. He shouted YOU LIE at President Obama during the address to the Congress and nation after President Obama denied the charge that his plan to reform health care delivery included providing free health care for illegal aliens. You said that Joe Wilson was right. Prove it, big man. Tell me where I can find the language in Obama's plan that says that illegal aliens get free health care. If you can't provide the proof then don't whine or bother to deny that you have once again been caught in a bald-faced lie. I predict that you will either delete the message that I will leave on your profile page and pretend that you lost track of this thread or you will deflect. One thing that I can guarantee is that you won't have any proof that Obama is planning on giving free health care to the illegal aliens. His plan makes no change in that area from the status quo. ANYONE will be allowed to seek emergency room care and it will continue to be provided. They will also receive a bill and hospitals will continue to be encouraged to make efforts to collect on the bill. Anyone who fails to pay their medical bills will continue to be subject to legal recourse by the hospital.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/3/2009 11:04:07 PM)
PhoenixIX: I just left him a message asking him to not run away from this thread as he ran away from the Chicago hand gun article. Sometimes he must be shamed.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/4/2009 1:23:21 PM)
Mikey: I know that you only want to leave one message of the many for your selective purpose. Ultimately, you get to choose, so stop whining. You failed to tell me where the language exists in Obama's health care plan that gives free health care. That means that YOU LIED AGAIN! ROFLMAO!!!!!! You ran from the gun story because your hypocrisy was proven. You weren't able to point to language in the Constitution that allows the federal government to deny gun rights to two groups of people who are entitled to all of the other rights specified in the Bill of Rights. Some "conservative" you are!!!!!!! I love having these little exchanges because you are so easy!!!

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/5/2009 5:32:17 AM)
My guarantee was already realized, Mikey. You didn't prove that Royce and Joe Wilson were right. They are liars and so are you.

Democrat, Tulsa County (10/5/2009 4:31:56 PM)
Newsmax: My feelings are sooooooooo hurt that I can't stand it. ROFLMAO. I'm preaching the truth and tormenting the liars. That's also what I teach the kids to do. YOU wouldn't have the proof that the Obama plan includes free health care for illegal aliens, do you? (I didn't think so).

FUTURE WORLD: Who told you that I teach at Disney? BTW, there was one conservative parent, but he ran away with the boys' P.E. teacher.

Elephants in the peanut gallery. The level of discourse from the convention, campaign stops, tea bag rallies, and town hall meetings are branding a once-proud party as a haven for thuggish lowbrows with weapons. It took a William F. Buckley to cast out the loony John Birchers. Who is the latter day St. Patrick to cast out the birthers? If a coalition that includes the independents is the path to electoral success, the GOPers are trumpeting themselves into a regional party of southern malcontents.

FUTURE WORLD, Tulsa (10/6/2009 6:40:07 PM)
Disney Elementary, but their are no conservative parents in that area.

Democrat, if you're teaching our children what you preach on the TW we should all be afraid! You are one tormented soul!

Newsmax, Tulsa - MidTown (10/6/2009 6:35:49 PM)
Michael Phillips, would you happen to know where Mr. Democrat teaches, is it the Tulsa proper school system? I'm sure some of his conservative students parents would love to read some of his TW comments!

Newsmax, Tulsa - MidTown (10/6/2009 9:46:36 PM)
Thanks FW, I'll check it out tomorrow!

You notice Joe in the cartoon is keeping his mouth shut. Wonder Why??????????????????????? Was it a lesson learned? Great cartoon Lynn Greene

Loki - "If a coalition that includes the independents is the path to electoral success, the GOPers are trumpeting themselves into a regional party of southern malcontents." Who exactly do you think it is that have distanced themselves from Obama since he's been elected? The independents are distancing themselves from this administration. I'm not saying they support the GOP, but they sure aren't in Obama's pocket right now either. (Hence the dropping approval ratings.)

It may be old news, ousoonerfan but it's funny. haha!

The old guy doesn't look anything like Kanye West.

Grand Old Partier, Owasso (10/2/2009 10:08:10 AM)
Joe Wilson was right. Kanye West hates white people. Alan Grayson is a nutcase. David Letterman and Michael Moore both hypocrites of the tallest order.
